Creating or updating a site can feel like a “later” project that will never get done. But with our toolkit it might feel doable, even kind of fun. It’s not about launching the perfect website right now. It’s about getting started, making progress, and letting your ideas live somewhere online.
So if you’ve been sitting on a blog idea, a project, or even just a placeholder site, maybe this is your sign. You don’t need to overthink it. You just need to begin – and this session is your starting point.
We will show you how to use three tools: SiteJet, cPanel and Jekyll to get you started.
These monthly sessions are by our expert team and focus on topics that we get asked most frequently. The format of the sessions is flexible and open, encouraging knowledge sharing, asking questions and discussion.

Our ProfDev Sessions are free to attend and designed for students, educators and admins using our services, including Domain of One’s Own, Managed Hosting, Reclaim Cloud and Shared Hosting, too.
We cover topics that require no specific prior technical knowledge and we encourage new users and new admins to come along and learn together.
